Support hours are 10 AM to 6 PM IST from Mon to Fri. Indian Holidays are excluded for support.
Support channel is via Ticketing, Email, or Chat and turnaround time to reply back will be 12 hours during working days.
For after-sales questions, a client should directly contact the support manager/project manager and not the sales executive for better and faster resolution.
If client do not provide any credential or access on time than delay in support may happen which may extend the resolution time.
