Terms And Conditions:

  • Support hours are 10 AM to 6 PM IST from Mon to Fri. Indian Holidays are excluded for support.
  • Support channel is via Ticketing, Email, or Chat and turnaround time to reply back will be 12 hours during working days.
  • For after-sales questions, a client should directly contact the support manager/project manager and not the sales executive for better and faster resolution.
  • If client do not provide any credential or access on time than delay in support may happen which may extend the resolution time.
